Q: What does your package include?
A: GTI Sound prides itself on being a "one-price" company...no hidden charges! Our package includes 4 colored lights, a mirrored "disco" ball, all your music selections, and a cordless microphone for the prayer, the bridal toast, or other announcements. We do not charge for set-up or travel, unless your event is 25 miles outside of the 465 circle, in which case a small $50 fee will be included for travel.

Q: Do you have karaoke?
A: Certainly...GTI Sound can add karaoke to any package for $75. Karaoke is especially successful at birthday parties, graduations, family and class reunions. We currently have over 9,000 songs in our Karaoke library, with new additions added regularly.

Q: How do I reserve GTI Sound for my event?
A: All GTI Sound needs is a copy of your signed contract and a $150 deposit. Please phone us at (317) 457-3350 and we will be happy to send you a contract and information packet in the mail. You can also fill out our online reservation form.

Q: What kind of music do you have?
A: GTI Sound has a very extensive CD music library...everything from the 40's to today's top 40. If you have a special request, just ask us! If we don't have it...we will get it for your event! The only exception to this is if the request is by an obscure artist, i.e. a local band. However, if you have the CD, we can certainly play your CD for you.

Q: Can I pay with a credit card?
A: Certainly...GTI Sound accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Q: At our wedding, how will the DJ know what our special songs are?
A: At GTI Sound we pride ourselves on being wedding specialists! In your packet you will receive a "Reception Planner" to fill out. We also encourage you to use our online "Reception Planner," which you can send to us directly through the website. We also encourage you to do this two weeks prior to your event so we have it for your DJ on the day of your event.
Several weeks before your wedding, we will go over this planner with you to determine all the details of your reception; including the song for your first dance, the song for the father/daughter dance, any announcements the DJ will make that evening (such as the toast, the prayer, the cake cutting), etc.
By taking care of these details prior to your wedding day, you can relax and leave the work to us!

Q: What are the office hours?
A: GTI Sound's owners are personally available from 9am to 9pm seven days a week to answer any questions about your special event. We're not just the owners...we're also DJs, too!

Q: How long has GTI Sound been in business?
A: GTI Sound is a family owned and operated business, and has been serving central Indiana since 1985.

Q: How will my DJ be dressed?
A: Whether your event is formal or casual, your GTI Sound DJ will always be dressed appropriately. For weddings, our DJ's will always be dressed in tuxedos, unless otherwise requested, and for more casual events, they will wear a GTI Sound polo with dress pants, unless otherwise instructed. Please be sure to let us know if your event will have a theme (Hawaiian, Retro, etc.) so that our DJ can compliment your event with such attire!
