At our wedding, how will the DJ know what our special songs are?

At GTI Sound we pride ourselves on being wedding specialists! In your packet you will receive a "Reception Planner" to fill out. We also encourage you to use our online "Reception Planner," which you can send to us directly through the website. We also encourage you to do this two weeks prior to your event so we have it for your DJ on the day of your event.

Several weeks before your wedding, we will go over this planner with you to determine all the details of your reception; including the song for your first dance, the song for the father/daughter dance, any announcements the DJ will make that evening (such as the toast, the prayer, the cake cutting), etc.

By taking care of these details prior to your wedding day, you can relax and leave the work to us!
